All lectures will be given in the International Conference Hall, Hokkaido University, in Sapporo, Japan.
Time allowed to invited speakers is 25 min (20 min for presentation and 5 min discussion) and to contributed speakers is 20 min (15 min for presentation and 5 min discussion).
Poster panel is 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height. Please put posters during the lunch time of June 30 (Tue). Poster session will start from 15:00 pm in the lobby of the Conference Hall.
The registration fee is ¥20,000 for Japanese participants (¥5,000 for
students) including Welcome party (June 29 (Mon)) and Reception (June 30

Technical tours (Lab tours) to the Research Institute for Electronic Science and the Quantum Electronics Research Center will be arranged on July 2 (Thu).

Please fill in the hotel reservation request in the registration form attached, and send it to the forum secretariat as soon as possible.
Abstract: Abstract should be typed on A4 paper (1 or 2 pages) in English (Camera Ready). Deadline is April 30, 1998.
Registration: May 31, 1998.
Manuscript: The proceedings of this forum will be published as a special issue of Molecular Crystals and Liquid Crystals (Gordon and Breach Science Publishers). The manuscript (camera-ready) should be submitted to the secretariat of KJF'98 by June 15, 1998. The details of manuscript preparation will be sent to the authors after abstract submission.
